Job Purpose
The Lead Specialist, Data Analytics II, plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data that supports the Enterprise Risk Management function. The role is responsible for developing practical data-driven solutions, optimizing risk records, and enabling data transparency to support effective risk decision-making. By embedding smart analytics into ERM practices, the position directly contributes to advancing the organization's risk culture and strategic resilience.Key Accountabilities
· Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure completeness and reliability of risk-related data across systems, tools, and registers. · Risk Register Optimization: Continuously enhance the structure, content, and utility of risk registers to support proactive risk monitoring and reporting. · Solution Design: Develop tailored analytics models, dashboards, and tools that facilitate strategic insights and improve the usability of ERM systems. · Policy & Framework Compliance: Support full alignment with the ERM Policy and Framework, ensuring consistency in data capture and risk reporting. · Analytics & Visualization: Provide meaningful visualizations, trends, and dashboards to communicate risk insights across the organization. · Collaboration & Training: Work closely with ERM stakeholders and risk owners to support data-driven engagement; develop guidance documents or deliver training when needed. · Innovation & Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation, system enhancements, and advanced analytics to streamline data management in ERM. · KPI Tracking: Contribute to the definition and tracking of ERM team performance indicators and recommend improvements based on data trends.Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a risk, governance, or compliance environment.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and database management (e.g., SQL).
- Solid understanding of enterprise risk management principles, practices, and frameworks.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings effectively
- Proficient in risk assessment methodologies, quantitative risk analysis techniques, and risk mitigation strategies
- Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to enterprise risk management
