Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM implementation and coordination across KSP programme,
- Oversee digital modelling workflows, ensure compliance with BIM standards, and mentor junior team members

Drive digital transformation and enhancing collaboration between design,
engineering, and construction teams - Lead the development and coordination of multidisciplinary BIM models for large scale construction projects
- Manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project-specific standards, and digital delivery strategies
- Conduct clash detection, model validation, and quality assurance using tools like Navisworks, Solibri, or BIM 360

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless
integration of BIM across all Programme phases - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to BIM engineers and modelers
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align BIM deliverables with Programme goals and contractual requirements
- Support 4D/5D modelling, quantity take-offs, and construction sequencing,
- Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or other relevant discipline
- 7 years of experience in GCC preferred.
- Experience with visual programming (e.g., Dynamo, Grasshopper),
- Familiarity with 4D/5D BIM, cost estimation, and scheduling tools,

BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BRE BIM Level 2/ISO
19650). -
Strong understanding of construction processes, digital workflows, and
interdisciplinary coordination, - Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360,
- Experience with BIM standards, LOD specifications, and data interoperability.
