We are looking for a reliable and motivated IT Help Desk Support Technician to join our I.T. department. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of computers, networking, and Microsoft tools, and be willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be the first line of support for employees across the company, helping with computer issues, password resets, software installations, and any other technical requests.
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic technical support to staff (in-person, by phone, or remote).
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, printers, and other devices.
- Assist with email, network, and software-related issues.
- Help onboard new employees (accounts, access, setup).
- Coordinate with the senior IT collogues for escalated issues or site support.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and general hardware.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Ability to troubleshoot common IT problems.
- Previous help desk or IT support experience is a plus but not required.
Location: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
Working Hours: Full-Time. Saturday to Thursday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM
