CCDS is a top-tier provider of IT and Cyber Security solutions, and we are seeking a talented IT & Cyber Security Senior Sales Account Manager to lead our sales initiatives. In this advanced role, you will leverage your expertise to develop and maintain relationships with our largest clients, focusing on delivering comprehensive IT and cybersecurity solutions tailored to their unique needs. Your strategic approach and in-depth knowledge of the industry will be essential in driving growth and success for both CCDS and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales efforts for enterprise clients by identifying needs and proposing effective IT and cybersecurity solutions.
- Develop strategic account plans and execute sales strategies that deliver revenue growth.
- Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, C-level executives, and decision-makers within the client's organization.
- Provide insights into market trends and competitive positioning to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales, marketing, and technical efforts.
- Deliver high-impact presentations and proposals to articulate the value of our solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and manage the sales pipeline to achieve targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or account management within the IT and cybersecurity domain in KSA.
- Arabic Native as a mother language, and Fluent in English.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving substantial sales growth.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and services, along with IT infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to influence and negotiate.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into relatable business solutions.
- Experience working with CRM systems and providing accurate forecasts on sales performance.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel to meet client and business objectives.
