Capita Technologies is looking for iSAMS Technical Consultant to support the iSAMS school management system by providing technical expertise to school and internal teams. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, configuring the system, and contributing to the development of solutions to ensure the system runs smoothly and meets School needs.

Location: Riyadh (onsite)
Key responsibilities:
· Troubleshooting:
Investigating and resolving technical issues related to the iSAMS system, often involving SQL queries, diagnostic tools, and web application knowledge.
· System Configuration:
Tailoring the iSAMS system to meet the specific needs of individual schools, including configuring modules and features.
· Project Support:
Assisting with customer IT projects, including preparing equipment, and potentially working with EPOS and other scripted functions.
· Training and Documentation:
Creating and maintaining training materials, guides, and documentation for both internal teams and clients, and delivering training sessions (online or onsite).
· Knowledge Base Management:
Contributing to a knowledge base of technical solutions to help resolve future issues efficiently.
· Communication and Escalation:
Providing clear communication to clients and internal teams regarding the status of support tickets and escalating issues as needed.
· Staying Updated:
Keeping up-to-date with system updates and new features to provide the most relevant support and training.
· Collaboration:
Working closely with other teams, such as implementation, support, and development teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
· Specialized Skills:
Some roles may require specific technical skills, such as experience with MS SQL, ASP.NET (C#), or other relevant technologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of Experience in iSAMS Technical Consultant
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Great verbal and written communication skills, with confidence delivering sessions to both individuals and groups
- A proactive, helpful attitude and the ability to quickly build trust with customers
- Strong organizational skills - able to manage schedules, competing priorities, and deadlines
- Good IT skills, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Forms, and Power Automate
- Overall, an iSAMS Technical Consultant plays a vital role in ensuring the iSAMS system is effectively implemented, maintained, and utilized by schools, ultimately contributing to their operational efficiency and success.
