We are looking for a meticulous and analytical professional to join our team as an Inventory Controller. This role is critical in managing our inventory efficiently, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing stock management processes.
Key Responsibilities in Inventory Control
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and efficient replenishment while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
- Data Analysis: Analyze inventory data and trends to forecast demand, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Stock Auditing: Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
- Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to manage lead times, deliveries, and ensure timely availability of products.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency and reduce costs.
Essential Skills and Competencies for an Inventory Controller
- Attention to Detail: Extraordinary attention to detail for ensuring accurate inventory records and data entry.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Certification such as CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) is an advantage.
- Keen interest in staying updated with best practices and innovations in inventory management.
