Responsibilities:
- Promote the company's products and services, build strong relationships with current and potential customers, achieve sales targets, and understand customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
- Market interior decoration materials and products to potential customers and expand the customer base.
- Communicate with customers and provide product advice tailored to their needs.
- Assist in the concept development process for each season.
- Work to achieve monthly and annual sales targets in accordance with company plans.
- Follow up with customers after sales and ensure their satisfaction with the products and services provided.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure comprehensive customer service.
- Provide detailed explanations of the various decoration services the company offers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to customers.
- Use promotional tools such as catalogs, presentations, and 3D models.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in field sales and marketing.
- Experience in interior decoration, contracting, and exterior design.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in technical design.
- Strong persuasion skills and ability to build customer relationships.
- Polite, attractive, and tactful personality.
