Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled ICAPS Administrator to join our team for a major project in the Oil & Gas sector.
The selected candidate will be the point of reference for managing the ICAPS system (Integrated Commissioning and Progress System), which is essential for monitoring and tracking commissioning activities. The role involves close collaboration with technical and engineering teams, playing a key role in the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of the plant.
- Project Duration: 6 months
- Work Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
- Availability: Immediate or short-term availability
Main Responsibilities
- Configure and update the ICAPS database according to project requirements
- Upload and integrate data from engineering, procurement, and construction
- Manage commissioning dossiers, punch lists, progress reports, and certificates
- Support the commissioning and QA/QC teams in managing and closing packages (A/B/C Packages)
- Monitor and validate activity progress using ICAPS reports
- Provide training and technical support to ICAPS users (engineers, supervisors, inspectors)
- Collaborate with the IT/Software department to resolve technical issues or bugs
- Ensure data integrity and security within the system
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commissioning of industrial plants (Oil & Gas, Chemical, Energy).
- Direct experience with the ICAPS system (TotalEnergies) or equivalent commissioning systems.
Technical Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of ICAPS (including Mobiweb features, punch list, reporting).
- Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and HSE commissioning processes.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data in a structured environment.
- Basic knowledge of IT tools (Excel, databases, CSV/XML files).
Languages:
Excellent written and spoken English, essential for interacting with international teams and handling technical documentation.
