JOB OBJECTIVE
At the interface of the business and human challenges of the entity for which he/she is responsible, the HR Manager will support Head of HR – KSA & CA region & managers and employees to help define and implement the strategy and the short and long term performance of the entity within the framework of the Group's Purpose and its policies (HR, compliance, ethics, etc.) in compliance with the laws and regulations of his/her country.
As a HR generalist, he/she is the primary HR contact for the people under his/her responsibility for all HR topics.
To fulfill this, in addition to the topics he/she manages directly or with the HR teams of his/her entity, he/she relies on experts in the HR specialties in accordance with the Group HR Operating Model.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support HR strategies and drive action plans that enhance business performance and strengthen our ability to attract, develop, engage, and retain employees in partnership with the Head of HR for KSA & CA region.
- Lead the strategy to hire Saudi nationals in alignment with Saudization requirements, and build strong partnerships with local universities, training institutes, and industry partners for long-term talent development.
- Identify and develop leadership and technical capabilities, ensuring a robust talent pipeline aligned with the company’s future business strategy.
- Support the business in delivering organizational transformation projects.
- Influence business decision-making by ensuring HR considerations, workforce planning, and people-related risks are addressed early.
- Provide data-driven insights to management to support effective people-related decision-making.
- Collaborate with regional HR Shared Services on talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Ensure all HR processes and cycles (e.g., performance reviews, compensation reviews, talent reviews) are executed accurately and on time.
- Advice employees on HR policies and processes, manage grievances in compliance with Saudi labor law, and foster a positive work environment across our Saudi operations.
- Promote a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental culture among employees.
- Contribute to the review of HR best practices and policies, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Play an active role in managing employee relations, including handling grievances, conducting investigations, and implementing corrective action plans as required.
- Support the improvement of employee engagement by analyzing survey results, developing action plans, and driving their successful implementation.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- A Generalist HR who has experience in human resources in the areas of staffing, performance management, change management, compensation and benefits, organization development, employee relations, training and knowledge of Saudi labour law.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of progressive HR practices.
- Successful track record of initiating People strategies to support business growth and change.
- Strong capability in managing dynamic and matrix relations with different stakeholders.
- Excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills
- Result orientation with high productivity; strong desire for success
- Experience of working across HR projects, including knowledge of Project Life Cycle.
- Working in a complex, multidisciplinary, multi-site organization
QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably a Master majoring in HR; between 5-8 years of experience in the HR domain with appropriate experience in the HR generalist function in good multi-national organizations.
- Arabic & English speaker is preferable.
