We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and governance practices within a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and internal policies.
- Support corporate secretarial functions, including maintaining statutory records and preparing board/resolution documents.
- Research and summarize relevant legal, regulatory, and corporate governance developments.
- Help coordinate board and committee meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking support.
- Assist in compliance monitoring, due diligence processes, and internal audits.
- Maintain and update legal and compliance databases and document management systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the Legal and Compliance team.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Political Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in corporate law, compliance, risk or governance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
