Position: Finance Assistant (Saudi National)
HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Assistant to join our team. As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks and providing support to the finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements for audits and tax filings
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Respond to financial inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed
- Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Years of Experience: Fresh Graduate
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
