As a Field Specialist - Artificial Lift, you will be responsible for:
- Performing installation/pulling of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated equipment in onshore oil and water wells
- Working unsupervised, monitoring, trouble shooting and testing downhole ESP equipment in order to maximize well productivity and ESP run life
- Leading the field service team with confidence ensuring positive customer outcomes
- Performing well in a team environment
- Handling special projects as assigned
- Conducting business activities in accordance with HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum of 2-6 years of technical experience in running Electrical Submersible Pump or Artificial Lift tools or equipment
- Have a Technical Diploma in Engineering or higher
- Have analytical skills to route ESP problems during troubleshooting
- Have valid offshore experience
- Have strong customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and team working skills
