Join Qiddiya Investment Company as an Expert in Security and FLS Master Planning to play a crucial role in the strategic planning and implementation of security frameworks within our innovative projects. In this key position, you will provide subject matter expertise in the integration of security measures that align with our foundational principles of safety and resilience.
Your responsibilities will encompass the development of comprehensive security plans, engaging in risk assessments, and ensuring that security protocols align with the organization's overall mission to create a premiere entertainment and cultural destination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the tracking of Security & FLS master planning inputs across city-wide masterplans and assets
- Manage timeline databases incorporating critical dependencies and milestone forecasts
- Coordinate master schedule inputs to support private security phasing needs
- Manage design conformity reviews
- Coordinate client and stakeholder inputs to design
- Own document control and transmittal workflows using Aconex, BIM360, and SharePoint
- Monitor submission of Security checklists and design packages; flag delays and inconsistencies
- Maintenance of city-wide framework documentation and document control
- Serve as a liaison between Security & FLS Master Planning and Qiddiya District and Asset Development teams
- Track and communicate cross-disciplinary changes
- Coordinate with procurement teams and external consultants on third-party Security advisory services
- Enhance and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance frameworks for executive reporting
- Provide presentation support for key briefing materials and stakeholder packs (e.g., Steering Group, internal governance)
- Assist in shaping policies, standards, and risk frameworks through research and structured documentation
- Streamlined operational workflows across multidisciplinary teams, enhancing efficiency and aligning project delivery with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement key organizational tools and processes, such as task trackers, dashboards, and performance frameworks, driving accountability and improving resource allocation.
- Lead initiatives to expand the team’s advisory capabilities, positioning Qiddiya’s safety and security function as regional benchmarks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Risk Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in security planning, master planning, or risk management, with a background in large-scale project environments.
- Proven expertise in security systems, practices, and technologies, particularly within the entertainment or large-scale development sectors.
- Strong analytical skills to effectively assess risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management principles with a focus on security-related project needs.
- Professional certifications in security (e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), etc.) are desirable.
- Experience and knowledge of the local cultural and operational landscape in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
