SWATX is looking for a dedicated Enterprise Solution Architect Manager to lead our solutions architecture team in architecting robust and scalable technology solutions that align with our corporate strategies. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for mentoring architects, guiding technical design discussions, and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise-level solutions.
As the Enterprise Solution Architect Manager, you will play a critical role in collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those into actionable architectural plans. You will oversee the development of architectural standards and best practices, as well as facilitate the integration of new technologies into our existing frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team of solution architects to ensure high-quality design and implementation of projects.
- Engage with senior leadership and business units to define enterprise architecture strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain architectural guidelines, templates, and frameworks to streamline solution development.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to leverage advancements that enhance our offerings.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and professional development within the architecture team.
- Coordinate with IT security, compliance, and governance teams to establish best practices and mitigate risks.
- Present architectural concepts and projects to various stakeholders, providing clarity and fostering collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Strong background in system design, architecture frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in cloud solutions, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or similar are highly desirable.
