Are you an experienced Embedded Hardware Engineer with expertise in embedded systems, PCB design, and power electronics? Do you have hands-on skills in circuit design, diagnostics, and firmware development?
If you have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience, proficiency in PCB CAD tools such as Altium or KiCad, and strong collaboration skills, we invite you to join our client’s engineering team in Abqaiq, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & develop embedded hardware systems, ensuring reliable and scalable performance.
- Create schematics and multilayer PCB layouts using Altium and KiCad.
- Work with microcontrollers (ARM, PIC, AVR) and integrate embedded firmware.
- Develop analog and digital circuits, with strong understanding of signal processing and power management.
- Design and integrate power electronics including DC-DC converters and motor drivers.
- Prototype, assemble, and test hardware, including soldering and validation.
- Ensure compliance with IPC standards and electronics manufacturing best practices.
- Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other tools for testing and debugging.
- Implement and optimize communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN).
- Write and integrate firmware in C, C++, and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, manufacturing, electrical) for seamless product development.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions under tight constraints.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Embedded Systems Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in embedded hardware & software design, and PCB design.
- Strong command of English (spoken & written).
- Proficient in schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation.
- Skilled in CAD tools, simulation software, and diagnostic instruments.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
