We are seeking to hire a qualified and competent Document Controller with the following responsibilities & requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and archive documents systematically.
- Update and monitor document versions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Handle document retrieval requests and ensure easy access.
- Prepare periodic reports related to document management.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth information flow.
Requirements:
- Must be of Female.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in document control or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in English.
