Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project document control procedures and related systems to ensure project records are accurate, complete, and properly controlled.
- Manage the document control process from project initiation to close-out, including the uploading, tracking, and maintenance of project documents and correspondence in the document control system.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable project document control policies, procedures, and standards, and identify and implement improvements as needed.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and project teams to ensure project documentation is submitted on time and in accordance with project requirements.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment on document control processes and requirements.
- Perform regular audits of the document control system to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Support project teams with ad hoc document control-related tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related field.
- Preferably Saudi Nationals
- At least 7 years of experience in document control management in the civil engineering industry.
- Solid understanding of document management best practices and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in document management software (e.g., Aconex, Procore, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
