Job Description
To execute insight programs that inform marketing through intelligence on Brand Affinity, Social Marketing, Product, Price, and Network Dynamics, and Insurance Marekt / Competitive Positioning. The role also drives Custom Research Innovation, ensures timely delivery of Brand Health and Market Intelligence, and manages Power BI dashboards across multiple data sources.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Brand Affinity Measurement Execution/ Reporting:
- Oversee execution of this tracking research and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of monthly brand KPIs.
- Conduct quality reviews to identify data gaps and recommend strategic actions.
- Perform parallel listening of 30–40 monthly interviews to validate Health Tracker insights.
- Ensure sampling robustness by monitoring demographic quotas and adjusting as needed.
- Maintain and update monthly databases for Brand Health
- Prepare Snapshot and Comprehensive reports in excel and PowerPoint.
2- Market Intelligence:
- Execute and update market intell program covering Network, Products, and Digital capabilities.
- Review 15-20 websites of competiton PMIs or product categories on a monthly basis and update Market Intell reports.
- Update Performance sheets for 35 competitors from Arqam / Financial reports published by competition
- Prepare competitive intel reports for Digital, Corp, SMEs
3- Price Intelligence/ Lapse Research:
- Manage 3rd party to execute Price Intelligence research.
- Review Price Intell communication
- Prepare and update Price benchmarking database
- Review the results (Brand Health, Market Intelligence and Lapse studies) and prepare comparative reports for(Brand Health, Market Intelligence and Lapse studies
- Acquiring information from Sales department on Lapse customers, and ensuring research is conducted to quantify lapse reasons.
- Ensuring accuracy of numbers of(Brand Health, Market Intelligence and Lapse studies
4- Social Media Marketing Performance Monitoring / Intelligence.:
- Track and analyze performance metrics across major social platforms (e.g., engagement, reach, sentiment).
- Conduct weekly reviews of paid and organic campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends using social listening tools.
- Collaborate with digital and brand teams to align insights with campaign goals.
- Develop and maintain APIs to fetch data from top 10 social media platforms for automated reporting.
- Maintain and update Power BI dashboards for real-time social media intelligence
5- Budgets / Vendor Management:
- Prepare, Monitor, and control research budgets
- Supervise, & Monitor Vendors
Skills
- 5+ Years in Quantitative market research and Market Intelligence.
- A solid understanding of research methodologies (Both Quantitative and Qualitative) and execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify correlations and commonalities
- Strong reporting writing skills / ability to craft insights from raw data
- Hands on experience in insight generation and data mining
- Strong Power BI / DAX capabilities / Working knowledge of API development
- Excellent computer skills with capabilities in web search, advance excel/ dashboards, power point and word
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Social Science, Business Administration, Marketing preferred)
- Experience in Continuous research type will be a plus.
- Profecient in both Arabic and English language (written & verbal)
- Ideally FMCG and Service experience
