We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales operations in Riyadh. The role requires a professional who understands corporate sales requirements, contract structures, and employee advantages to effectively drive growth and establish long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic corporate sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
- Negotiate and finalize corporate contracts, employee advantages agreements, and service-level terms with clients.
- Prepare tailored sales proposals and presentations that address corporate requirements.
- Work closely with HR and operations teams to align corporate contracts with employee benefit structures.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating with internal departments for seamless service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in corporate sales within Saudi Arabia, preferably in [e.g., travel, tourism, hospitality, or services].
- Strong understanding of corporate contracts, employee advantage programs, and B2B negotiations.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong networks with corporate decision-makers.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
