Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Construction Manager to lead and manage our construction projects. The role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring timely project completion within budget, and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage site operations, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve site issues and delays effectively.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
- Prepare and present project progress reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office.
