Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed site assessments and feasibility studies for proposed projects.
- Prepare and review design plans, drawings, and specifications to meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects and environmental specialists.
- Oversee the construction phase, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve design or construction issues proactively as they arise.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and regulations in civil engineering.
- Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and others.
- Thorough understanding of engineering principles, construction practices, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, but not mandatory.
