Job Description
Responsible for preparing and cooking dishes in the hot kitchen section (grill, sauté, roast). Ensures food quality, hygiene, and smooth kitchen operations during service.
Key Responsibilities:
Cook and present hot dishes to standard
Supervise junior kitchen staff
Maintain hygiene and safety standards
Ensure proper mise en place and stock control
Qualifications
Experience in a similar roleKnowledge of hot kitchen techniques
