Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the Middle Eastern market.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand our market presence and increase revenue
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies and industries
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with potential clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new business initiatives
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities using CRM software
- Provide regular reports on pipeline status, forecasts, and key performance indicators to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful deal closures
- Good knowledge of Certification standards in KSA and Middle East region
- Strong strategic planning and market analysis skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful presentations
- Experience with CRM software and sales methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience in the Middle Eastern market is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel as required for business development activities
