Key Responsibilities:
- Co‑author a rolling 2–3 year growth strategy and business model with the Academic Director.
- Proactively refine Riyada Training’s internal and external business model, adding new services that meet market demand.
- Develop and implement business development strategies in line with Riyada Training’s vision and growth objectives.
- Lead sales initiatives targeting government, semi-government, and institutional clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across the public and private sectors.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive the expansion of Riyada Training’s service portfolio.
- Manage commercial partnerships, including contract negotiation and profit-sharing arrangements.
- Prepare and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in business development, with a strong track record in institutional sales, particularly within government and semi-government sectors in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships.
