Key Responsibilities:Business Development:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to grow our client base.
- Design and execute effective lead-generation and client acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Present and promote our services in a compelling and professional manner to prospective clients.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and deliver regular performance reports.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to increase brand awareness.
Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business development goals.
- Conduct market research and on-the-ground client discovery to identify new customer segments.
- Create impactful PowerPoint presentations to showcase our business setup solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine and improve future campaigns.
- Foster strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and other external contacts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and implement innovative marketing and lead-generation strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing tools.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Must be open to relocation within any GCC country.
