Role Requirements:
- Must understand the bulk overseas recruitment industry from the perspective of an agency employee or from within an HR/Talent Acquisition or Operations department of a client
- Able to meet clients in person or via video calls
- Arabic and English language skills
- Cold calling with form part of the early stages of the employment role, for this all candidates should be prepared;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Our sales approach is consultative in nature and requires a high degree of industry knowledge and highly developed customer service ability
