Must-Have:
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process optimization, or enterprise architecture
- Skilled in business architecture design within financial services
- In-depth knowledge of BPMN and architecture modeling tools
- Proven experience with core financial services functions and transformation programs
- Hands-on experience with leading business process improvement initiatives in large organizations
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Information Systems, or any other relevant field.
- Preferred certifications in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or related fields
