We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branding & Signage Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of branding and signage across all MDLBEAST events. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent leadership, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency, high-quality deliverables, and timely execution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive branding and signage strategies tailored to each event’s audience and objectives.
Analyze target demographics to guide creative direction and maximize brand impact.
Lead cross-departmental alignment meetings to consolidate and manage signage requirements.
Oversee on-site assessments to ensure accurate measurements and appropriate placements.
Manage relationships with printing and signage vendors, ensuring quality control, deadline adherence, and cost-efficiency.
Maintain deep knowledge of materials, formats, and production techniques suitable for large-scale events.
Participate in key project meetings and site walk-throughs, document action items, and ensure execution of all approved changes.
Ensure all branding executions are aligned with MDLBEAST’s brand guidelines and meet production standards.
Lead the signage team and supervise freelancers or temporary staff during pre-event setup and on-site execution.
Proven experience (5+ years) in branding, signage, or production management within large-scale events or festivals.
Strong background working in the GCC region, especially in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar.
Exceptional leadership, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD is strongly preferred.
Experience using project management tools such as Airtable and Google Workspace (or willingness to learn quickly).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
