Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM/CAD Specialist - Saudi National to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Produces CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, and construction documents for specific architectural or interior design tasks from general design information in accordance with established standards, procedures, and client requirements.
- Utilizes technical manuals to ensure compliance with required codes and standards. Compiles data and performs dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings and design layouts.
- Corrects drawings and specifications that have been red-lined by others. Researches design and product solutions and presents them for consideration.
- May inspect architectural or interior design features on project sites and records conditions. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (or equivalent) is required and typically 2+ years of related experience.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Requires fundamental knowledge of architectural and/or interior design standards, practices, and techniques, as well as entry-level graphic skills in sketching, rendering, model-building, and presentation drawing.
- Familiarity with BIM/CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with architectural and interior design is also required.
