Nasoft is hiring for one of our clients, a specialized E-commerce and Digital Marketing company serving the Gulf markets.
We're looking for a B2B Sales Specialist who is passionate about generating new business opportunities and developing long-lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients across various industries who are in need of digital marketing services, such as eCommerce solutions, social media management, paid advertising, and SEO.
- Present the company’s services to prospective clients and clearly demonstrate how these services can help grow their business.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
- Regularly follow up with existing clients to gather feedback, resolve any issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or introducing additional services.
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to increase the company’s client base and revenue.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their marketing needs and offer tailored digital solutions accordingly.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity within the digital marketing and eCommerce space.
- Represent the company at business events, networking opportunities, and marketing exhibitions to promote services and generate leads.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including content, design, and advertising to ensure the successful delivery of services that meet client expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience with B2B sales experience.
- Digital Marketing Agencies Experience.
- KSA & GCC Experience.
- Solid experience selling E-commerce Websites.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
- The ability to translate complex business concepts into easy-to-understand strategies and tasks.
- Expert networking skills to generate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Proven success in winning, delivering, and retaining key clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure
