As the Associate Director of Financial Analysis, you will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to conduct detailed financial modeling, feasibility studies, and risk assessments. Your expertise will help ensure our investments are sound and aligned with our long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support development initiatives, including modeling and feasibility assessments.
- Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership, showcasing findings and recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with project teams to align financial strategies with operational goals.
- Identify risks associated with financial performance and recommend mitigation strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.
- Minimum of 12 -16 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on real estate or development finance.
- Strong background in financial modeling, investment analysis, and strategic financial planning.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information clearly.
