Job Overview:
The Assistant Boutique Manager will support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role requires a passion for luxury jewellery, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships in a high-end retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing boutique operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales, inventory, and visual merchandising standards.
- Drive sales performance by actively engaging with clients, offering personalized consultations, and promoting exclusive jewellery collections.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Support the Boutique Manager in training, motivating, and mentoring sales staff to achieve individual and team targets.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures, including security protocols for high-value inventory.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the inventory team, and assist in stock replenishment and audits.
- Contribute to creating an inviting and luxurious boutique atmosphere, aligning with the brand’s aesthetic and values.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and after-sales services with professionalism and discretion.
- Stay updated on luxury jewellery trends, competitor activities, and market insights to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Male candidates only, as per local regulations.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewellery or high-end fashion, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse, affluent clientele.
- Leadership skills with experience in team motivation and development.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic MS Office tools.
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor, reflecting the brand’s luxury image.
- Knowledge of luxury jewellery, gemstones, and craftsmanship is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Candidates must be based in Riyadh or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
