Position Summary
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic sales Manager with a passion to support our vision and to help change the future of aviation in KSA in line with vision 2030. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the Sales Manager will participate in growing and expanding our local presence in the Kingdom and in growing our local support team.
Required qualifications:
- Proven expertise in aviation industry and airports ecosystem
- 5-10 years successful experience in international sales in a B2B environment.
- Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Telecommunication Engineering/ Aeronautical Engineering/Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Master’s in business administration is a plus
- Experience in developing relationships with new customers and serving as a consultant.
- Knowledge of aviation market, market trends, competitors, customer potentials, market shares
- Willing to travel as and when required
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and keep market leadership in Sales of ADB Safegate Portfolio, mainly Airfield lighting (AGL) and Gate (Docking Systems) solutions.
- Create and maintain a qualitative and loyal network of customers through regular visits
- Build a realistic opportunity pipeline and convert leads into orders.
- Develop proposals and quotes and Conduct sales presentations
- Ensure continuous growth by focusing on up-selling opportunities in existing installations
- Drive SLAs and Onsite/Off-site support services for existing customers.
- Assisting Sales Director for joint sales mission from Access to Closing.
- Work on Solution/specifications of tenders, coordinate with all internal stakeholders to compile compliance, competitive, and winning bids.
- Position ADB Safegate as a technical and subject matter expert in the market.
- Liaise between the customer and ADB Safegate departments Demonstrate an entrepreneurial attitude with drive and creativity to bring continuous and sustainable growth
