We are seeking a passionate and experienced Arabic Academic Supervisor to join our team and lead the academic development and educational quality of our nursery programs.
Job Description:
The Academic Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the curriculum, supporting teachers, and ensuring the highest standards of care and learning. This role is vital in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations aligned with educational goals and the Ministry of Education’s guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support teachers and teaching assistants in curriculum planning and classroom practices.
- Ensure the implementation of age-appropriate, engaging learning activities.
- Monitor classroom environments to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with local education standards.
- Provide ongoing professional development and coaching for teachers.
- Communicate with parents regarding academic progress and development.
- Assist in daily operations and collaborate with the management on school policies and improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in nurseries or preschools in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education best practices and regulatory requirements in KSA.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate and child-centered approach to education.
