Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing cyber security team. This role will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor on security solutions that align with our clients’ business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in existing accounts
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams (technical, support, product)
- Understand client security postures and recommend relevant solutions
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM tools
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in cyber security or IT services
- Strong knowledge of cyber security concepts, services, and technologies (e.g., SIEM, endpoint security, cloud security)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and complex deals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
