Four is seeking experienced and driven account directors to join our Riyadh office and lead integrated communications campaigns across our priority sectors: government, health, lifescapes and future industries. We have positions for both Arabic and English speakers; Saudi nationals are particularly welcomed.
You will have a minimum of five years experience in communications, with a proven ability to develop insight-led strategies and deliver creative, measurable campaigns. Were looking for great content creators and campaigners, people who can define and deliver big ideas that make a difference. Ideally, you should be AI-savvy and able to innovate with the latest tools around but if youre not, well give you extensive training in our tools and tech stack. Familiarity with the cultural, political and business landscape of Saudi Arabia and the MENA region is a must.
You will be adept at building strong client relationships, managing cross-functional teams, and spotting opportunities for growth. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the wider success of the agency.
